Los Angeles dnb is on the upswing. I can literally go to a dnb or dubstep night 5 nights a week with major festivals and shows nearly every other week. Being summer, there are alot of weekends where I gotta pick one or the other. Respect Thursdays is 11 years running and hosts major headliners nearly every week. Dirty Phonics a couple weeks ago, A-Sides, Seba, AK1200, Teebee all this summer alone.


As for producers, we have alot of names that call LA home. Evol Intent, Tech Itch, Jo-S, Infiltra/12th Planet, 6Blocc/RAW, and Devine Elements to name a few.

All in all, dnb is good down here

How bout where you guys are from?

edj as a crew is based out of Austin, Texas.. The Dnb scene is healthly but slow, dubstep has really taken over. Texas over all has a great dnb and dubstep scene. Lota sick locals in the area, along with producers. edj as a website; we've tried to make it more of a world wide thing then a local thing and its working very well. honestly we've reached a lot of great people and promoted a lot of great people.

Sounds great man! I'm lookin to see the rest of the country and play some gigs. would love to see texas. got some friends in Kilgore and Dallas. They tell me night life is pretty decent all around.

If you plan to make it to Austin, Logan/Loki does a weekly and I'm sure he'd love to have you do a set. Dallas is kicking big time. We have a few people on the site from Dallas that are some heavy hitters. Poke around the site, hit'em up for sure. All are very cool cats.

Giving this mix a whirl from your profile right now... 15 minutes into it and I'm impressed.
