profile problem...

whether i'm logged in or not logged in, when I click on my profile I get a blank webpage..? I know you were telling KK about resetting the cache..would this be my problem? I wasn't having any problems this morning on the site...just started around 4pm and still like that. If it is the cache, I have no idea how to reset it. thanks in advance for the assistance.

if using firefox go to tools, clear privacy data on IE its tools options

ok I cleared my cache and still can't get to my profile...? Can someone check and see if they can get on my profile...if so then it's just me, otherwise the problem must be with the server. Thanks again

all fixed.. if this happens again there is an option in the artist panel to rebild your profile.. login to the control panel click 'your profile' then select 'rebuild your profile'. Occasionally the profiles will need to be generated when certain changes are made although this should be done automatically most of the time.
Out of curiosity is there something particular that you did right before it happened?

dude if I did I have no idea what it would be..I do know that I hadn't even messed with my control panel for the past couple days. When I was on this morning I was just checking to see if my new mix had any new downloads and looked at the busted Grolsh bottles pic, which just put me in a depressed mood this morning by the way...Thanks for all the help

np .. you know how to take care of it if it happens next time. i would make it good habit to check your profile after changes to make sure it takes =) lem'me know what else breaks ~ jc

speaking of, i got another PM cant read it, also, there is no subject in the subject line. might have something to do with it, i can see i got a PM but i cant open it. so i open another message that i can open then click the next arrow, then i can open the Pm but there is no content.

that would be from the artist pages to the left forum link (jump2post)... i'll let Logan know he is working on the artist profiles and the issue resides in those template files
