Why can I not scan through the songs and not fast forward or rewind? If I'm listening to somebody's set and I get up to get a beer and accidently reset it I can't fast forward to where I left off and I have to listen to the whole thing all over again. Which SUX if I'm almost at the end. Also, is there a possibility to embed songs I've uploaded here or songs other people have uploaded here into other sites like facebook or something? Or even a link that automatically starts the download or playback?

yeah. the inability to move forward or backwards when streaming from someone's player does suck. but, you can always dl the file. it would be better the other way, though.

let's see if we can't work on this..probably a relatively easy fix..but I'm just guessing..Logan did show me how we will be able to totally customize our profiles..the crew will probably help him test it over the next month before integration. If you like all of the customizing profile features on Myspace, then this should be exciting too.
So JC, can you change some code or something to update the player to be able to ff/rewind through songs?

The Media player is intergrated with the site, but it is changable. We wanted to launch the new site with what we had then keep adding new features and continue to push back the release date. Media player enhancements, along with other things are in the pipeline. Right now, the big things we are working on is getting MP3 sales working correctly, and the Store. Once that is done, other things will start to rollin.
