so ive finished my mix.

anyways on soundforge my wav file is stupid big and
i have no idea on how to compress it.
so someone tell me so i can do it, then uplaod the tasty jams.

load up your mix .wav file and then in the file menu click "select all" ..then click "copy"
next go to the file menu again and click "new"...then paste the copied wav to the new file window and if it doesn't load immediately, then wait for it to. Go to file menu and click "save as"..then when save as window pops up go down to "save as type" and select .mp3 ...then underneath the save as type go to and click on the "template" tab and scroll down to the "192 Kbps, CD Transparent Audio" and select it. (This is what you will use to create the uploadable mix to EDJ) Save it in an easy-to-find location so when prompted to browse and find the file you can easily. Make sure that your mix is 35 min or less to upload or you may not have space..not sure as the guys have changed things up a bit recently. As far as posting..go into your control panel and create new song...pretty self expanatory from there...for a pic you should think of something creative..then google pictures of that theme until you find a wicked pic..just right click and save that pic to your HD and use it!! hey doesnt mater what tracks you use, as long as it sounds good.. me logan, jonny and tom all have a lot of the same tracks so its all gravy.

honestly, your mixing, your eqing, your track selection, timing, queue points were all right on. i liked the way you mixed everything all the tracks when you cut the bass in, your math was pretty damn perfect. be proud of this mix. both honey and i liked it.

when you gonna play on toms show?
