on tha front page...it's kinda redundant.

agreed...this is an imperfect feature for the homepage and I don't know if it should even be up there with the issues. I'm pretty sure I was over 1000 and it dropped me down to 275 when I replaced old content in my profile with newer stuff...that is a small pile of bs and don't know if we want that up there if it's going to be problematic and not work right.

we can revise this section on the homepage... I haven't looked into it to closely but the feature from my understanding is just a calculation of the total plays from each song added together not a set number that just grows... ie

song1 + song2 + song3 = totalplays
so if you remove song2..
song1 + song3 = totalplays

that being said I think it is built into the system that way and might be hard to work around just depends on how written into the code it is...
